Delivery Standards

Standard Shipping
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 7-14 business days, but may take up to 20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery via Canada Post usually arrives within 2-7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 10-14 business days, Additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express Delivery
  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipped date.
Delivery Standards :
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with items on order may take an additional 5-14 business days to process and ship.
Tracking Your Order :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order.

Lost Packages :
We will offer full reimbursement for any lost items with tracking in the original form of payment (PayPal, Shopify Secure Credit Card Payments). Any packages without tracking will not be eligible for a full refund but a partial refund may be issued. 
Duty/Import Taxes :
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
