What is your return/exchange policy?

Trinity Styles is dedicated to providing our customers with the most satisfying after-sales service. Please refer to the below table to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return. To proceed with your return, please contact our customer service via e-mail and we will handle your request in a reasonably timely manner.

Please also note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipment will be on the customer. However, the re-shipment of your replacement item will be free from us.
