General FAQ

1. How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped out?

We promise to process all orders within 1-2 business days if all items are instock and available. If an item is on order (pre-order), it will take an additional 7-14 business days to process. Tracking numbers and shipping notifications will be sent out through e-mail if available.

2. What does it mean when an item is labelled as pre-order?

It means that the select item is not currently instock and will require an additional 7-14 days for us to restock and prepare. 

3. Where do you ship to and what are your charges?

We ship within North America. We charge a flat rate of $9.50 within Canada and $15 within North America. For more details, visit our shipping FAQ.

4. I'm located in Vancouver, BC; is it possible to pick up locally?

Yes, we offer local pick up for all customers located in Vancouver. You may select this as your delivery method when you check out through the site.

If you wish to pay in cash during pick up, please fill out an order form instead.

5. What currency do you accept?

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) but we accept all forms of currency via PayPal and secure Shopify Credit Card Payments.

 6. Why are most products only available in one size?

The majority of our products only come in one size. This is to help keep production costs low and allows us to provide the best prices for our items.
